Privacy
This page describes the current CatchMate web preview. A production privacy policy will replace it before native apps or public downloads launch.
Account data
CatchMate uses account and session data to provide sign-in, profiles, private conversations, security controls, and orders. Private account data is requested from the existing CatchMate backend and is not replaced with sample records.
Data on this device
Language, saved media, viewing history, and short-lived session state may be stored in browser storage. Saved media and history can be cleared from You.
Your controls
Signed-in users can review sessions, request an export, and manage account lifecycle controls from You → Account. Contact Support if those controls are unavailable.
